Pulliam) and its foreign affairs editor (Michael Padev). The plaintiff, the Attorney General of the State of Arizona, at the time of the alleged libel, claimed damages based upon an editorial written by the defendant foreign affairs editor and published in the corporate defendant's newspaper with the approval of defendant Pulliam.
